Terms of Service
1. Who we are and acceptance
RankVolt is a product and trade name of I Wire and More LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company", "we"). Registered address: 5040 Brian Blvd, Boynton Beach, FL 33472. By using rankvolt tools or purchasing any service you ("Customer", "you") accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. The service — and what it is not
RankVolt provides automated website audits (search and AI-answer visibility), generated fix suggestions, one-time fix services, and an optional Pro subscription. We do not control Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or any other third-party engine. We make no guarantee of rankings, traffic, indexing, AI citations, revenue or any specific outcome. Audit results are automated assessments produced at a point in time and may contain errors; they are informational, not professional advice.
3. Free tier, Pro and license keys
The free tier is rate-limited per IP per day and may change. Pro is a monthly subscription activated by a license key delivered after payment. Keys are for your own use; sharing or reselling keys is prohibited. We may revoke keys obtained fraudulently or used in violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. One-time services and delivery
(a) Fix Pack: generated automatically from a fresh scan at the moment of purchase and delivered immediately in the browser and as a download. (b) Auto-Fix: applies a limited set of safe changes to one WordPress page you specify. You must attest that you own the site or are explicitly authorized to modify it. The exact plan is shown to you before anything is written; nothing is applied without your approval. Every write is verified by reading it back, and if post-run safety checks detect regression the whole job is rolled back to the pre-job snapshot. Credentials you provide are encrypted, used only for the job, and deleted when it ends. You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups; automated rollback is a safety mechanism, not a backup service. (c) Landing page and multi-page site services are delivered within the stated windows and include two revision rounds; timelines start when we have the required inputs from you.
5. Fees, billing and taxes
Prices are shown at checkout and charged in USD via Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Prices may change prospectively; changes never apply retroactively to a completed purchase. You are responsible for any applicable taxes not collected at checkout.
6. Acceptable use
Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Your content and authority
You warrant that you have the right to submit any URL you scan and, for Auto-Fix, the authority to modify the target site. For Auto-Fix you grant Company a limited, revocable authorization to access and modify the specified page via the credentials you supply, solely to perform the approved plan. Generated texts (alt texts, meta descriptions, FAQ content) are delivered for your use on your own site; you are responsible for reviewing them before or after application.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID TO COMPANY FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold Company harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your lack of authority over a site you submitted to scanning or Auto-Fix.
11. Term and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel Pro at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Sections 7 through 13 survive termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We version these documents (see the stamp at the top and bottom of this page). Material changes apply prospectively; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The consent you give at checkout records the exact version you accepted.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by email within thirty (30) days. Exclusive venue for any action is the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction.
